Does anyone know if there is a copyright on the sprites located at http://naramura.kdn.ne.jp/ or can you sell a game with those graphics in it? Thanks ahead of time!

1) who cares, just do it.

3) if you must be a wuss about it, then email the site and ask, or credit the maker/owner in your game.

Thanks for the help Irish! Turns out the site is in Japanese, and, from what I can gather, it is free to use. It was really difficult to decipher, even with babelfish, so don't hold me to it!
