Has anyone heard of/played the RM Game Ara Fell?

OK, here's the deal. This game is so well designed, you can't tell if it was made with 2K or 2K3. Anyway, if you have played it and you know alot about RPG Making, please tell me here. I'd like to ask you some questions. I just can't ask here because this isn't the Tutorial Forum.
