I have issues with Charas. It's generating techniques are poor, and I can show an example if you want me too. It's also very likely that it doesn't have the Character's Clothes too. Besides, Sprites made by actual people are better than generated ones. Plus, they get rep and credit, making them more well known.

I know people like XP better than 2003, so if you can only make it XP Styled, go ahead.
