[RESOLVED] why is my char walking over my new imported tileset?

OK so I have imported a few new chipsets into my 2k3 game
and I noticd that I can walk up walls, an over any lower layer
tiles but the upper layer tiles aren'tpassable. So I went to
passability and put the lower layer tiles liek walls on X so I couldnt pass
and it made no difference so if anyone know what my probably
simple problem is if they could tell me THNX

You have an upper layer tile over the top of them that makes them passable.

what do you mean?
Like do you mean the two sets have to have the same pasability on the same tile
like for 4th tile in 3rd row on lower has to be the same passability
as the 4th tile in the 3rd row on the upper tile set?
I am confused

Sometimes in an upper tile set there are blank spaces that are pink or whatever color the background is for the set, Its probably that you have a blank set like this over your walls, so you will probably need to get rid of the blank spot on your tileset. Or on the O and X screen make all blank spaces on the 2nd lvl X.

 I put it to the star not the X though
the X made it so I couldnt move at all
and the star made everythign work properly so yeah thanx
