(request) Monster Help

I have someone drawing monsters for my game, and they're in photoshop.  recently, she emailed me the first one, but I have no idea how to get it ready to put in the game.  I was wondering if anyone could correct it and resize it? thanks!

You import it in the material base editor. Press F10 to get in there. Click Import and go and find it. Is that the battler though? I can't see anything besides a tiny dot in the moddle of the screen.
