TBH, you can't actually SEE it if you're on even a decent sized standard res monitor without scrolling. Life's a little easier for you wide screen users though.

for fucks sake hiromu, do you want me to teach you how to make a quick launch bar so you don't have to have all that shit right out on your desktop?

put all those shortcuts in a folder somewhere (wherever you want just know where it is it can even be on the desktop)

right click the taskbar (make sure it's unlocked) go to toolbars click new toolbar and then select that folder. 

now you can right click on the quicklaunch and edit it's setup changing the size of the icons and (as i would suggest) turning off text and title you can move it where you want it or make it show as many icons as you want.

it's very useful and avoids that mishmash of shortcuts you've currently got.
