[RESOLVED] Steal Gold skill

Hey, I got the animations done, now I just need to figure out how to get the skill to give me gold from an enemy when I use it. I figure it would requrie scripting.

Any ideas?

You could have a common event....One that will change your Gold.....

I figured common event, but I don't know how to use it.

Well you go to the database and click on common events tab and....Put in everything that you will need for the event....say Change gold + Whatever...Then do a text and say you obtained so much gold....Then go into your skills tab go to your skill then click on common events and link it....Then it should work if not im sry just mess around with it...

nah trust me some of the rpgmaker stuff is confusing...took me a long time to just figure out switchs lol.
