Xp .... having troubles

Issue with rpg maker xp every time i go to play game it comes up with a black screen for like 3 seconds and crahses rpg maker xp stays open this is really annoying... ;9

That could be incompatabilitiy (game was made with PK, playing while you only have legit RMXP/vice versa) or super lag.
