Overwritten files

I was moving some folders around and I moved my old folder of game data in the the newest one and accidentally clicked Yes to overwrite, obliterating most of my recent work, anyway I can get it back? 

Edit: I have the encrypted file data, anyway I can decrypt it?

Maybe CTRL+Z might work but it might be too late. Also, I think decrypting the encrypted is considered breaking the term of agreement or stuff.

Maybe, because you're breaking into the boundaries set by the makers. No idea and no idea how to do it.
