try using Graphics Gale its easy to do stuff like that on it. =)

i try to go it but I really don't get it 

the hard part is that I want it to look like an angel flying and not like a bird and I don't have any resources of an angel flying so I can see how I should make it

if anyone has it please share it or if anyone can do this please do
