Need a faceset for this comedy game im working on

anybody up to make one? I'll send post the pictures if yes, thanks in advance...help will be most appreciated!!!

Yeah but see, its not in anime form, its a real life photo lol see I did it myself but look at how messed up the color is, and this was just messing around to show you what im trying to do (a shop with this guy from troll 2 goofy as hell LOL have to put him in this comedy game, or atleast the merchant from resident evil 4)
and well with out this faceset I need (theres more photos, but not alot) I can't do the game =(

It's something to do with the way the image was saved...I think.

thanks, but I sized it right, its just the color wasn't valid but I know its possible to correct this please help 

was the picture saved in jpg format? if so when you resize stuff and or recolored then your going to use it for xp use .png format =) would look nicer

im using RPG maker 2003, though, I'd rather just let someone make me a faceset, since I don't have the right program to mess around with that stuff
