how do i get rid of theese

?? when i create a gamedisk?
also,i don't get it, with rm2k3 when i create a gamedisk with rtp included, how come people still can't play the game why do they mush have RM2K3.
i mean.. wow.. in 4 yrs it never worked,not theese ''
