just get pj64k or mupen64k with the kaillera client,get Super Smash Bros(U)[!]
(let it zipped)
set your rom directories so we all see Super Smash Bros in green at the beggining.
then go into start netplay(aka kaillera) look for the server Emularena Grounds(unit x)

Luigi will be in it. it's too stupid if they don't put him in there. there's like 99% chance that he'll be there.Sakurai just won't tell all the secret characters i guess.
it's like falcon, he's in there(theres a screenshot where we see his emblem with the %) but they didn't mention him, because he's probably gonna be a secret character as well.
