Error

When ever i try to test play my rpg it crashes no error message no nothing and when i try to compress game data it says it cant...... any ideas?

Which RPG Maker are you using? Also if you're using Windows Vista, I'd post here, http://rmrk.net/index.php/topic,14361.0.html

Vista is the only time I've known where someone crashes for no reason, with no error.

no i am not using vista and i use rmxp i thought i might have something to do with the no maps present so yeah....

When it crashed, did ya try minimizing it to see if the error popped up under rmxp?
That's happened to me. And after you it happens, open up scripts and see if it opens up to a specific line and script.

I would do this:
1) Look for the pop-up closely like Mexneto says.
2) Make a map?

Yeah, a map would help....
Sometimes this could be it too, there's no starting position.
