rmxp resource converter [RESOLVED]

how do i use the rmxp resource converter wizard. when i have the folders selected i press start and nothing happens. do they have to be specific folders, like from the actual game? can someone please help?

so no ones used this before? i just dont understand which folder i need to convert from and wich one i need to convert to. the root folder? wheres that?
