Fable Shopping system [Request, rpg xp legal]

Does anyone know where i can find a fable-shoppiing system. where items have a certain stack and when the stock has ran out then youu have to wait for a certain variable to get added on by a certin number until the item gets restocked?

I could give it to you now, but I'm probably going to make a version of Astro_Mech's system which has tax and a small viewing upgrade.
