for one, you need to own/rent a server
second, it's a HUGE undertaking.

i've heard of The Land of Sidsten. i've read about it and it seems really fun, but i cant find out where to download it. . the maker of it, says it's finished and open for people to play though.

If I remember correctly Silvy's server costs either 200 ir 500 dollars a month. (not sure if USD or euros though)

Well, silver has a pretty good server. It depends what size serer you get.
