Native American Music/ Ly-o-lay-ale-loya
[yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fMNMWZM1Jp8[/yt]

Ly-o-lay-ale-loya actually means The Counterclockwise Circle Dance. I really love Native American music...its very peaceful and when I feel bad or angry, I just listen to one and I become calm and happy. I just love it. I did have three playlists full of songs and a few albums, but I lost them and I had to recreate another playlist.

Zuun has the songs on it and I can listen to a few of them, but I can't buy them, sadly. Says they aren't available and I don't want to damage my CDs by trying to rip them >.>

The main lyrics of the song is:
Ly-o-lay-ale-loya

I'd definitely give the song a 10/10, a perfect score. I just love it very much! :3

@ramon24bullet:
I get what you mean. :) The games are a lot better, but it was impossible to replicate the games into movies :(

The Caribou -- "Land of Promise"
[yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3aTPyPUhEE[/yt]

Another song from Sacred Spirits. I believe its from the second album, but I'm not entirely sure that's correct. Its been a while since I last checked... Anyway, if anyone likes relaxing, peaceful songs that make you feel good, I would suggest listening to the Sacred Spirit albums and these song.

Unfortunately, even though I can repeat the lyrics, I can't seem to put it down in post for anyone, I might be typing them differently than they really are.... :(

10/10!

This is a cover of another song, but this one is so much better then the original.

Tor-Cheney-Nahana by Sacred Spirit
[yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IDuRl6eEsYI[/yt]

Tor-Cheney-Nahana means "Winter Ceremony" in Navajo, encase anyone was interested xD

Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out some parts of the lyrics, so I can't really post a translation. But the song is still beautiful either way. The album doesn't mention who it is singing in the video, or I would love to post the name. Well anyway, this is a chant and dance song, so maybe you should dance!

I love this song because it makes me feel like I'm in a wide, open field or prairie, though this is for a winter celebration. It also makes me want to go back in time to live during the time where there weren't so many buildings and roads around, when America was beautiful everywhere.

8.9/10

I don't give a full score because I don't know the lyrics, I can sing them, but I don't know the meaning behind it other than it being a celebration for winter xD

White Town - Your Woman
[yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIX2RAHPTsI[/yt]

I only just heard this song a while ago...I think maybe a week ago? I was listening to the TV's music channels and the beat caught me xD I don't really like the lyrics, though they aren't bad, I'm mostly caught by the music of it.

Its pretty catchy, if you guys haven't heard it before, you should give it a try.

George Frideric Handel's Water Music, Allegro Maestoso. Absolute brilliance.
[yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kuw8YjSbKd4&feature=related[/yt]
One of the best works of the baroque period, if you ask me. If you care, listen for the interweaving cross-melodies and the modulations he brings out about a third through. The regal sound of the brass, the playfulness of the woodwind and the cheery resonance of strings combine delightfully to bring together this masterpiece.
Well, I feel like a pretentious douche now.

The Killers - Read My Mind
[yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKghBQbNxWA[/yt]

I love this band so much. Every song they make comes out perfect. Or at least the old stuff did, not sure about new stuff if they have made anything new. This isn't my favorite, but its still really, really good. lol

Have you've ever heard of a band that actually makes you really, really think of the past? A good time? The Killers always manages to do that to me. I always think of better days. I think that's what makes a great band/singer. If they can make you remember them or have an album that can make you remember the past and good days every time you hear them.

But then again, that could just be me thinking that way xD

The Killers - All These Things That I've Done
[YT]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hw2vBYBE24Y[/YT]

You know...its strange. I listen to the album all the time, but I still cannot remember which is it that I love the most. Maybe I love them all equally, maybe my memory is bad. I think Its Under the Gun, but I can't remember which I decided was my favorite. I suppose this is a sign that I should love them all equally.

I recently remember the Andy song while searching for more of their songs. I guess that also means my memory is bad, because the moment I played that song, I started to sing and remembered it. Its been a while since I played the actual album due to three of the songs glitching, but I'm glad there is a way to listen on youtube. Site usually has very high quality songs if you search long enough xD

So you love The Killers? I haven't come across another The Killers fan since my sisters. Nice to see some more fans! :33

The Killers don't have anything on Mozart. But they are very good.

I haven't heard this song in years. I recently heard it about a few weeks ago channel surfing down to the Sounds of the Seasons channel and paused it on Greatest hits. I'm glad I heard it again, I love this song xD

Mozart was amazingly good at simple stuff, but other than that he's pretty boring. Mozart aint got shit on Chopin.
And yes M-Elite, Hot Fuss is my favorite album of all time. Don't make me choose a song though.

pacdiggity

Ah, Chopin. Personally, my favourite romantic composer is Liszt. Barouque: toss-up between Handel, Vivaldi and Purcell. Classical: Beethoven unless you consider him romantic, Mozart or Haydn. Listened to the Eroka symphony today. Absolute genius, that Ludwig. How many symphonies have you composed?

More of a Debussy man, myself.

I haven't heard it in a while, so I decided to listen to it again. I can't pinpoint what the song reminds me of, but it is a good song :)

I can't say much about it other than I like it, but its not my favorite song. >.>

Fallacious Derp

I like Mozart a lot, Pacman, but it's undeniable that his approach to music was a more simplistic one compared to composers like Chopin. He simply had a different style.

pacdiggity

Agreed. Chopin did have very radical ideas for his time, as did Beethoven and Bach. Of Mozart's 40 symphonies, people probably only recognize 4. Of Beethoven's 9(and a half), people recognize probably movements from 9, 5, 7 and 3. Mozart just followed the rules and wasn't all that interesting. He's known as a genius because he composed so much at such a young age. I think so, anyway.
Back on topic, here's my favourite of Haydn's works.
