Still not sure what you want to do... you want an npc to revive dead party members? If so, just go to page 3 of event commands and choose "change status" then select "death" (the first option, automatic) and tick "remove status".

Anyway, you could also use Complete healing on either the whole party, or on one character, but that depends on if you have a party changer, and plays with different characters all the time. If you play with different characters all the time, you must do something with event commands or something, but Im not a good eventer, so...

This should work. Problem is, you'd need to revive all of them. Or else you'd need conditional branches (LOTS) which would take a while.
