it is bad and the worst way to get sleep.learn to meditate and abandon caffeine and alcohol.having a nice warm bath in the middle of night is therapeutic and could induce sleepiness.and when you cant sleep, dont stay in your bed.try to do some activities.

Wow, good advice, it's what all my shrinks agree with too~ On a side note, I did double up on my dose and it was freaky as hell, my mind was fully awake but it was like my body had some type of paralysis, not nice... I'm just starting to not feel the effects of it... Good advice tho
