How to fix my screen?

wel my resolution for the game is perfect i had it fixed before but of course i forgot how to do it it seems that everytime i open the display screen its to huge for my pc and i dont want to have to mess with my resolution but i cant seem to remember how i did it before anyone know how to fix it

Try this:

Control Panel -> Display -> Settings tab -> Advanced -> General tab -> select 96DPI for DPI setting.
