[RESOLVED] Problem with Importing (XP)

I'm trying to import a character, but it won't give me the option to select the transparent/translucent color, it just automatically imports it.  The character i'm trying to get is http://www.lrpgm.com/site/index.php?show=resources_download&did=2609

It didn't give me the option again, but this time I didn't need it.  How do you do that for future reference?

yeah I got rid of the color outside. um, I used photoshop and use the tool to rid the transparency color and then saved it as a png.
