How to kill those ebil quest

How do you make it to were when you click the delete event button it deletes forever and not just till you leave the map?

I dont use that commnad. At the end of the event, add [turn on self switch] (one that is not in use) then make a new event page and at the top left click that self switch, leave the page blank.

Huh? My RMXP deletes it forever anyway... (possibly a feature of PK... meh)
