limit in rm2k3 cms

is there a limit in making a cms in rm2k3? unlike rpgxp which has ruby script aside from built in event command but rm2k3 has no rubyscripting and rely only on built in event script.

Not really, except maybe Online Games, but you need money for servers anyhoo..
