Party changing script?

I need a script that lets you put someone else in front instead of just one person. Like if i like this other guy than my main character then i would switch them and make him the leader....If some1 could post it that would be AWESOME! :^^:  :^^:  :^^:  :^^:  :^^:  :^^:  :^^:
