Need help with animation resizing

I got all this fancy animations, but when I put it on RPGMXP, it seem to be too small or too big, does anyone know whats the correct size and how to resize them, Please?

Resizing you just do manually. As for the correct size, I believe it tells you in the help file under "Resources."

I'm a pacifist...
And things get very peaceful when all of your enemies are dead.
