Enhanced help-file

I'm not sure how many have the enhanced help file I have.
This is basically the standard help-file with another section added "Introduction to Scripting"

I do unfortunately not know the authors of that section. Please tell me if you know who it is, so I can give proper credits.

Sorry, I don't know. But if you find out, be sure to tell me. It would be a very good idea to include it in the Hybrid Edition I'm gonna try to make during summer.
