RMXP Custom Battler?

Can I get a custom battler? Ya know, just the person, no weapon or sheild, I'll be very grateful.

Well, you know Arshes' pose? Like that, it's a girl so simalar to the dudette in The Underworld. Sure, let's do two guns in a each repective hand.

I can have RPGMaker XP on a computer with the internet.

Cartoon-ish, but I like it.
Couldn't find a perfect skin-tone either.
