Class Change in Menu

[Edit] It looked kinda long so I highlighted the important parts, so its alittle less boring. =P

I'm making a game rather similar to the final fantasy series, where there is a function where you can change a characters class. So anyway I was wondering if anyone could make one of these in the menu, so that below the stats tab there is a class change function. And if you could add a bonus, I would love Class lvls, along with hero lvls, so that way when they change jobs they have to start over.
Becuase at the moment I have the class change system as a common event when you press C. But its really kinda tacky. So a menu option would be great.

I'm do sorry that I can't script, but I really need a battler! If you help me, you can have a downlaod of my game (if you want it) when it's done, and I won't give the game to everyone (it's almost done).

I need him to have a sword in his hand, and I need it to look alot like this:

But I don't want him to have armor on. I need him to have th clothes that he is wearing in the sprite set.
