How do I "Select Face" in RPG Maker XP?

In 2000 and 2003 there was an option to "Select Face"; so when a message was displayed, you knew who was talking.

I can't find this option in RPG Maker XP.

because there is none XD, one way is to display a picture while text display...but thats too much work
