Where do you get your stuff from ??

I always search through some resource sites to find cool characters but when i play games I  see  characters I never seen on those sites..
Sooo where DO you get them from ?
You make them and with what paint ?

Just needing to know   

I use flash and photoshop to make my resources.
And I use Fruity Loops to make the music.

I use MSPaint, and Adobe Photoshop CS2...it's free so why not.

For sound, I use Cakewalk Sonar, the latest edition

As for Animation, well, I use templates. They can be found all over google, if you search hard enough.

I normaly don't go to sites that have stuff already made for RPG Maker. I look for sprites ripped from other games. A lot of people like to use the sprite sheets for GIF type pictures. I use the sheets and place them on a template so that way I can use them for my game.

  so people rip them and make them..
I really am bad at making stuff in paint because they all need to look the same in every step..
But i have FL too for music and sounds

It's not too hard, Snailer if you have a template.  Basically what you do is seperate the whole picture into a 4x4 checkerboard and each checker is whatever size your sprite is going to be.  That way when you draw the sprites, it's easier to tell where they belong.  Then after you're done, just make the background all either one color or transparent.
