[REQUEST] variable tutorial

Hey, i am a rmxp noob:P
and i want to learn about variables (i already can use switches, wow )

I did searched but it wasn't what i wanted, can someone help me?

I don't understand them either. I'm 100% hopeful that I can just use switches for quests. Although that Variable Tutorial is a random one I found using search. Yami's tutorial are usaully easier to understand.
