Resources needed (Really)

I REALLY need faces of actors like Arshes and the other guys.
Does anybody have any? I need ALL of them.

You can use Paint and just crop the images. The files are located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Enterbrain\RGSS\Standard\Graphics\Battlers

Well actually, I can include the battlers' picture. But I can't make the background transparent. In the text there is this white background. How do I erase that and make it transparent?

I know if you have photoshop you can select an option on that to do it. Otherwise I am not so sure.
