Where in the hell is Fork Ops event (for xp)

In XP and 2003 it's called Conditional Branch. In 2000 it's Fork Condition.

In XP, it's in the first page of events, and in 2k and 2k3 it's in the third.

There really isn't much of a point in starting this topic, you just kinda have to look for it.
