Hi...

Can someone write how to make a good music (for BGM), from software needed to skills needed?

First off, talk to Zypher about tabit. Second, look on Silverline's page, and you'll find a guide to tabit. Listen to tabs from the tabit page, those will help you get a grasp of what sounds good and what doesn't. After you have made a midi, google synthfont. Once you have that, go to hammersounds.net, get some fonts. Apply the fonts, and you've got music.
