Reverse Flash

It can make flashes with the tint effect by suddenly turning everything into white and then slowly transitioning to normal. Is there a way to do this in reverse (Fade to White) by simply typing in a number of frames like the flash?

I know this is probably incredibly obvious, but I have this odd tendency to not notice what's right in front of me for some reason. One time in spanish class I was looking for my pen for about 5 minutes before I realized it was in my hand. X_x

Shouldnt this be in trouble shooting?

you should say "does anybody have a tutorial for [X]"

and anyways, its the same as fading the screen out to black except you move the bar the opposite way from Normal.
