what program do you use to make title screens/characters/chipsets?

You use paint. Or I do...

or the gimp its so cool u can do a lot more with it then paint try googleing it and download it its worth it.

I use:

1) Paint
2) Photo Shop
3) I Draw
4) Gimp

and a lot more......
