Does anyone have a simple Day/Night script?

Does anybody have a simple single Day/Night script that does nothing other than change the screen tint?

Look in the Scripts Database for Dynamic Day and Night System (DDNS). It's called dynamic, because you CAN, but you DON'T HAVE TO make it dynamic. It actually does nothing else than tinting the screen and (also only if you want) adding a clock in the upper tight corner.

Can this script turn on and off events at certain dates? I know Near's can but his is  incompatible with his particle script.
