Bounce ba boom, need a hand, jumping is fun...

PLease help if anyone can make a jumping script or knows of one please tell me, I want the character to jump 2 spaces in the direction you ae moving when I push a key [not sure wich one] and when shift is held down [there is a script in there to maake the caracter run faster when held down shift] make the character jump three spaces if anyone can help id greatly appreciate it..
