Life is not worth living, or is it?

I just want to say this does not truely reflect how i feel, life does have joys so don't jump of cliff. Plus I am not going on a rampage and neither should you.

Everyday I go to school, come home, and go to school the next day. I will do this until I get my job. Then I have to work everyday until I can no longer work. I will lay on my couch until Death finally takes me. Doesn't this actually sum up life? We study so hard only so we can work harder. If we don't study, we are hobos. Life would more bearable or fun if we had some fantasy elements. Like maybe Pokemon, dragonball z and maybe even alchemy. So what are you views.

Life is like this.

Learn

Work

Your working helps another

They work

They help you

We benefit from their help via money, furniture, food, etc.


BUT


We work

Which means we have no time to enjoy these nice things we work so hard FOR.

Say...we don't work.

They don't work

Well, if we don't, why should they?

No one gets anything.

We get bored.

We get mad.

We blame eachother.

We kill eachother.

No one is around to make anything, most notably, necessities like food.

We all die.

So yes, life sucks the way it is now, but do we really have a choice?

if u like at life just as a whole it can be depressing.  but when u take time out and remember the good times in life and the moments of joy and the beuaty of the world sometimes it can life feel a lot more worth living.

The world would be so much better without man... not a joke, we destroy intire forests and oceas for our pleasure, and we kill intire kinds of animals... we are destroying our planet and for what this...

Well, I suppose it's because man is still learning and developing, kinda how like a baby doesn't know not to tear up old music casettes, but we're running out of time, so we need to start learning faster.

Life = too short. I still believe that is true, but at the same time we should blame ourselves for wasting most of it.

WELL ITS NOT EXACTLY SOO SHORT but who knows if im telling the truth?

All I know is that there aren't NEARLY enough hours in a single day.

8 hours sleep, 4-5 hours in school..
u know why a year is so short and we dont have time to ourselves?

cuz half the days are school
so from 365 it becomes say maybe 290(YES WE SPENT A LOT OF TIME)
we all spent some of the hear sick or in hospital that makes it 250(say)
we spent some time studying at home for our exams that makes it 230(say)
exams days, twice a year mostly it makes it say.....200?
from 200 days, about 50 are sat sundays, where we got to spend time with our family etc etc...make that 150.
SLEEPING
ah yes..
thats makes it about 50 days, cuz 8 hors sleeping!
there are 10 relatives, u keep going to meet em..
twice in a year
say 10 days gone in that
50-10=40
summer vacations and sometimes winter go in outing(same family time) and doing projects-
10 days left.
some of us are so much geeks of computers, we spent half a day on a comp!
so maybe 9 days left
the other day is your BIRTHDAY
So U CANT BE ON YOURSELF..


so we have less time to think of OURSELVES huh?

yes we do, but seriously if we had an hour of ME TIME i bet the govt would find a way of adding it to school time

Sure work mostly isn't any fun, but life doesn't only consist out of work or fun. If we wouldn't work, we wouldn't see ANY sense in our life, but only working without having any fun will result in a sad life which, yes, isn't worth living. The secret of a happy life is a balance between work and fun. The best is if you choose your profession to be something that you like to do. In other words, having fun to work.
Happiness is the very sense of life. However you turn it around, you will always come to this conclusion. Whether there is a "higher" spiritual reason for life, that is debatable and doesn't belong into THIS topic.
Well, this is at least my opinion. life = fun + work

Life has purpose if you believe in God.
If you remove God from life, then life has no purpose. Life, in fact, does become depressing since it seems the end point in life is dying.
If you believe in God, then that's not the end of true life, rather the begining of a new life, and this is not depressing.

Life is the time you get to do whatever the fuck you want, including brooding over how useless life is, if that's your thing.

Me, I'll just use my life to be happy.

I believe life's worth living.

Then again I am a freeloader who's sponging on a lot of other people

Okay class. This is how Mr.Fu sees it. My whole goal in life is to die gloriously in a mosh pit. Because you see, we don't know when we'll die, but we can have an idea of what we want. And besides all lifeis about is dying gloriously. Or if you will, gaining as much honor as you can, but to most people that just means being able to look at yourself in the mirro in the morning with out hating yourself.

Also, life can be worth living, yet it is up to the indvidual what to live for. Well Mr.Fu for example has some goals in life you see. I'll list them here.

1. Die in a mosh pit.
2. get into a lot more sword fights.
3. Meet a womanses who is worth my time.
4. Putting my career in radio in order, then become relatively well known.

Now not every one is going to share th same goals. But my point is, as long as you strive to meet your goals, then yes your life is worth living.
