Raw material editor 2000 song issue

The songs work fine, but when imported, they do not work.
I tried running them through a converter, which worked
before, but now they wont work.  Also, songs over 5 mins.
don't seem to work.

if youve put your own songs, then those above maybe 5 mb arent taken
like for xp its 10.
maybe the player of the song is different or you dont have it.
usually to select the song, select it from map properties
