Instructions to run the game:
1) Download TotuV3.1.rar.
2) Extract TotuV3.1.rar to where you want.
3) Open the folder, double click "Game.exe"
4) Enjoy

Known bugs:
-) Rogue Soldiers have no animation (Fixed in next release)
-) Item command crashes game (Fixed in next release)

FAQ
How do I disable sound?
Ingame, hit F1, uncheck "Play bgm"

How do I enable fullscreen?
Ingame, hit alt+enter. Hit alt+enter again to go back to window mode.
