Adding tilesets

How do you add tilesets? I looked at the tutorial thing of most often asked questions (so dont give me a link there!) i did what the tutorial says but they do not show up. I am using RPG Maker XP Paplon knights edition. someone plz help me!

import the file (using the IMPORT button)

Go into the Tools > Database > Tileset Tab and add the tileset to a new name, new number, etc. Set the passability options (O for walk-over, X for obstacles).
