is there a script thatll make it so if i pressed a key before the persons attacks hits me if i hit it before it its me thatll itll take half dammge off or randmly dodge it depending on ur agility.

kinda like action command things in the Mario RPGs, like Paper Mario and the Mario and Luigi games. I've seen this sort of idea requested a lot. Maybe search for it? you may just get what you want.
