Stupid problem

Ok, i downloaded RPG maker XP today after not doing anything with it for a couple months.. anyway, once i download it i started a Test play of of the game to see.. you know if everything worked right.. well once i pressed "New game" the character walks left by itself.. i used both Postality knights and the official one from the website, and they both do the same thing,

Does anyone know how to fix it? it would help..... alot

check ur left key
check if you made an auto start
check if you put the mouse move script
Re install  with backup
still no work reinstall the file that downloads rpg maker xp.
