Picture change when armour is put on

I need a script that lets me change the look of a character when it puts a peice of armour on and it changes back when they take it off

Well, you can make a common event that checks the equipment, with the conditional branch. Like:
If (armor is equipped) then (change picture with armor) else (change picture without armor)

Get the special effects script from hbgames.org.

Well i did the branch thing but it only works 1 time for every peice of armour.
