Where to dl' the char set editor/creator for rpgm2k

Hi guys and girls! I have this program called chares.ex, which is used for making random char sets instantly. But something is srewed up so i have to dl' it again. can anyone help where to find it? or are you completely lost and never heard of it? :O

Is it in the download section at crankeye.com? I can't remember, and I don't have time to check.

No its not that version of the char maker. its  a old one, mostly for the rpgm2k
