Sound with post

I have seen (heard?) people make a post that plays a sound, often music, in the background when the page is loaded. How do I do that? I won't do it here, no worries, it's for someplace else.

Those forums have flash enabled. So somebody can just post a flash file with sound in it.

Meh, most (basically all) forums don't allow it, seeing as you could just post a flash file that goes to a URL once it's loaded, or something even more malicious. Plus if you have multiple people posting flash movies on the same page, you can guess what'll happen.

This is true...is there ANY other way to do this at all?? Or does anyone have flash? My brother wants that too...
