Hi, I'm currently trying to put together a team of at least 3 people. I want to begin a project with RMXP.

My goal is to create a series of games... 3 parts long, and also a website to go along with the series. I'm a composer, and I know moderate web design, such has the more complex things about HTML, ETC. I'm great with graphics but I'm not a sprite animator or anything.

If your interested then please IM me at KingCajete= AIM. I'm looking for two people they must have previous RMXP knowledge, and moderate web design knowledge also. Any other attributes that would benefit the production of the game is also welcomed.

PLEASE... NO NEWBIES... If you don't know what your doing... Then don't IM me.

You need to delete your other topic, before Silverline goes well, Silverline on your ass.

Damn... Strict mods here huh?  :-\

Only when you're new, really. They're a LITTLE more lax once you've made a name for yourself and you have a reputation as being decent. Don't worry about it too much, just watch your ass. XP

Yea I know what you mean. Lots of newbies come and go... Make useless acounts post where there not supposed to...
anyway... wow... Noone wants to be apart of the team... This sucks... :(

Well, you have to take a few things into consideration:

A. It's late on a Sunday night.
B. Everything you just said, no offense.
C. We all have prior engagements as well, making it difficult to join a team. There are a few of us open, but you'll need to find them rather than them finding you.
D. This topic has only been here for a little over thirty minutes.

I'm sure you'll get people, it's just that a LOT of these topics have been started in the past, and a lot of them flunk out, so people are a little leery of them.

Occorru

This thread is kinda pointless people make RPG's here all the time without a team.

Arrow

But sometimes it's easier with a team, more work gets done at a quicker pace, and ideas stay fresh.

Pointless?......

I don't see anything wrong with a team of RPG makers as opposed to just a single person...

I suggest training a few of your friends, you'll be more compatible as a team this way.

Great idea.

Arrow

Thanks, man.

I think I'm smarter/make better posts when I'm sleepy...

yeh i agree train your freinds and let them know the basics(switches, variables etc...)and then when they know enough you and your freinds can all work together to make a awesome game, with all your ideas and skills im sure you can make a really good game.If its for rm2k3 maybe you and your freinds(your team)can make a Custom Menu System.so there is alot of work to be done, but you must be willing to work.Theres no point you making a team if your going to work on the game and then half way through give up on the game, since then when you try to recruit people from the forum(in future)they wont be as willing since they will think you will quit this project also.

Crimson

id help but i'm Busy Wiv mine sorry :S Train Ur Friends, Thats What i did LOL
