Look at the PS2 stuff, they are the best examples of the series.

If you have game fly, rent Armored Core Silent Line or Armored Core Nexus, they both rock. Last Raven is awesome too, but it's a bit different, and some people say it wasn't AS good as they others.

Thanks for the idea. I'll try for that, too bad I don't have a game fly...beh I'll go game rent hunting. I have a PS2 so that shouldn't be too much trouble...they are for PS2 right?

Armored core used to be my favourite, until I became a koei warriors geek!

You can play any and all currently released Armored Core games on the Playstation 2. There is only one exception, and that is Armored Core: Formula Front. It's a steaming pile of shit anyhow, so avoid it.
